Location and Directions

Driving:

(Parking around the chapel is not usually a problem, unless Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is playing at home, in which case it becomes difficult.)

North Circular Road. See map where A406 intersects Fore Street.

M25 junction 25.
Time from exit, depending on traffic and time of day, approx 20-30 mins

  1. Head down the A10 towards Edmonton and Tottenham.
  2. When you eventually come to the Cambridge Roundabout (It is the first one you come to) turn left and join the North Circular Road (A406) keeping to the left lane.
  3. Take the first exit off (very soon after joining A406) and proceed across the first traffic lights past Pymms Park and the front entrance gates on your left.
  4. Follow the road round to the right and turn left at the 2nd lights and keep to the right hand lane as you go under the bridge.
  5. When you come to the lights turn right (has its own lane) into Fore Street.
  6. Head down Fore Street past the shops until you come to the mini roundabout.
  7. Turn left into Claremont Street and Edmonton Baptist Chapel is on the corner of the 2nd road (Ingleton Road) on the right.

Seven Sisters – Victoria Line

  1. Depending on buses and local traffic 20-30 mins from leaving Seven Sisters Underground station
  2. Turn left out of Seven Sisters tube station into West Green Road and walk a few metres to Tottenham High Road.
  3. Turn left and take either of these buses up Tottenham High Road heading towards Edmonton – 279, 149, 259 and ask for McDonalds in Fore Street, Edmonton.
  4. Cross the road so you are on the McDonalds side and walk back to mini roundabout.
  5. Turn left into Claremont Street and Edmonton Baptist Chapel is on the corner of the 2nd road (Ingleton Road) on the right.

Nearest British Rail Station
Silver Street – Coming out from Liverpool Street Station.

25 minuets to Silver Street from Liverpool Street Station. About 10-15 minute walk from Silver Street.

  1. Upon leaving the station (at bottom of the steps) turn left and walk under the bridge and on to the traffic lights.
  2. Turn right and head down Fore Street past the shops until you come to the mini roundabout.
  3. Turn left into Claremont Street and Edmonton Baptist Chapel is on the corner of the 2nd road (Ingleton Road) on the right.
